• Workshops are instructor-led sessions with hands-on lab; length 3.5 hrs
• Hunts are mini Capture the Flag exercises for teams with a range of experience; length 6-7 hours
• Capture the Flag is a multi-day that includes a series of challenges for advanced security teams; length 1+ days
