Kevin Dillon

Kevin Dillon has 30 years of operating experience in the technology sector, including vice president of Microsoft EMEA, where he helped grow the regional business from $500 million in 1991 to $9.5 billion in 2004. Dillon was also an international tax advisor at Price Waterhouse in Europe, the United States. and South Africa, where he helped structure international growth, acquisitions and income repatriation planning for many leading technology companies in Silicon Valley. He holds degrees in business, finance, taxation and law, and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Investment Manager. Dillon is on the boards of Quixey, Metaio, Panda and Acision and was on the board of Polarlake prior to its sale to Bloomberg.

Tommy Jenkins

Chief Marketing Officer

Tommy Jenkins is chief marketing officer of Vectra. He brings more than 20 years’ experience in technology marketing and sales. Tommy joined Vectra from Veeam, where he was acting chief marketing officer and VP of Global Demand Generation. Prior to Veeam, Tommy was with AvidXchange where he built and executed a demand generation strategy that led the company to double in revenue, setting them up for IPO. Tommy also spent almost a decade at Red Hat in roles leading digital optimization and ecommerce, global marketing operations, global lead management, and sales development. He holds a BA degree in Communications from Wake Forest University.

Michael Porat

Senior Vice President of Corporate and Business Development

Michael is the Senior Vice President of Corporate and Business Development at Vectra. He brings 20 years of experience in private and public companies, primarily focused on infrastructure software and SaaS. Previously, Michael was VP of Strategy and Business Development at Cohesity, the next-generation data management company, and acting GM of Cohesity’s transformation into SaaS. Prior to Cohesity, he was head of Corporate Development for Cisco’s Data Center business, helping spearhead Cisco’s strategy and execution of venture investments and M&A. Before Cisco, he held roles in Venture Capital and Private Equity. Michael holds a BA in Economics from Yale University.

Marc Gemassmer is the General Manager, SaaS PM at Vectra. Marc oversees global Sales, Channels, Customer Success and Sales Engineering. With over 20 years of enterprise software experience, Marc brings deep expertise building global, high growth sales organizations with a customer-first approach. Prior to Vectra, Marc was the Chief Sales Officer at Xactly Corporation, GM of Global Cloud Security Sales at Cisco Systems, and held senior leadership positions at Alteryx, SAP, Flexera Software, and PTC. Marc holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley.
