Aaron Bean

Aaron Bean is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Vectra AI. He brings more than 20 years of HR leadership to Vectra, with experience in private and public companies. Before Vectra, Aaron was vice president of HR at Skyhigh Networks, which was acquired by McAfee, and senior vice president of HR at Aruba, where he led human resources from startup to IPO and acquisition by Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Prior to Aruba, he was head of human resources for the Juniper Security Products Group and vice president of HR at Alteon WebSystems, where he built HR, facilities and IT functions from startup to IPO. Aaron holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Southern California.
