Please note: Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Agreement, this DPA will become legally binding upon execution or acceptance of the Agreement. Customer acknowledges and agrees that, where applicable, it has also executed and accepted the applicable Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), and, where relevant, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (UK IDTA) for personal data transfers from the United Kingdom.

If you are a Customer who wishes to execute the DPA, SCCs and/or UK IDTA separately, please follow the instructions below.

Instructions to Execute the DPA (optional)

1. Fill in details in the Parties and Execution section at the top of the DPA, which must then be signed by an authorized signatory of Customer.

2. Send the completed and signed DPA to Vectra by email to: privacy@vectra.ai.

Instructions to Execute the SCCs (optional)

1. If you are a Customer acting as a controller of personal data, engaging with Vectra AI as a processor, please download Module 2 Controller to Processor SCCs.

2. If you are a Customer acting as a processor, engaging with Vectra AI as a sub-processor, please download Module 3 Processor to Processor SCCs.  

3. Complete and sign the ‘Parties and Execution’ section.

4. Email the completed and signed SCCs to privacy@vectra.ai.

Instructions to Execute the UK IDTA (optional)

‍

1. If you are a Customer exporting personal data out of the United Kingdom, please download the UK IDTA.

2. Complete and sign Table 1: Parties.  

3. Email the completed and signed UK IDTA to privacy@vectra.ai.
