Derek Phillips

Derek Phillips is Chief Revenue Officer of Vectra AI, bringing more than 25 years of global experience across cybersecurity, enterprise technology, and revenue operations. Derek joined Vectra AI from Claroty, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer and led global sales, alliances, channels, and go-to-market strategy, driving accelerated growth across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ.

Prior to Claroty, Derek spent four years in senior leadership roles at Kudelski Security, including U.S. General Manager, Deputy CEO, and Chief Revenue Officer. There, he led the U.S. business, global client success, and the company’s services and solutions portfolio, with a strong focus on expanding adoption of Managed Detection and Response and advisory services worldwide. Earlier in his career, Derek held executive roles at Deloitte, where he built and scaled sales and market development for its Managed Services and technology portfolio, and spent more than a decade at IBM in a series of progressive sales leadership roles supporting major enterprise accounts across the U.S.
