99% of customers would recommend Vectra AI. Here’s what they’re telling us about defending against modern cyberattacks.
I'm excited to share that Vectra AI has been named a Customers' Choice in the 2026 Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer for Network Detection and Response (NDR).
This makes Vectra AI the only company named both a Customers' Choice and a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for NDR.
What makes me especially proud is that 99% of customers who contributed to the Voice of the Customer report said they would recommend Vectra AI to their peers.
As a Product Marketing leader at Vectra AI, I spend a lot of time thinking about how we communicate the value of our technology. There's nothing more rewarding than hearing customers describe that value in their own words.
Looking through the Gartner Peer Insights reviews, I was struck by how closely their experiences reflect what we've been working so hard to deliver.
Why Customer Confidence Matters in the Age of AI-Powered Attacks
One of the biggest concerns I hear from security leaders today is whether their teams can keep up with AI-powered attacks.
It's understandable. AI is helping attackers discover vulnerabilities, automate reconnaissance, and execute attacks faster than ever. Security teams are already stretched thin, and the prospect of attackers moving at machine speed is worrying.
My colleague Lucie Cardiet recently wrote a great piece on how an internal AI tool helped attackers move between teams in the Binance breach. It’s a reminder of something we often discuss at Vectra AI:
AI changes the speed of attacks, not the path.
Attackers still compromise identities, move laterally, escalate privileges, and access critical systems. Defenders need to see these behaviors across environments, connect the dots, and respond before attackers achieve their objectives.
I recently had a conversation with a long-time customer about this very challenge. He acknowledged how quickly AI is changing the threat landscape, but expressed confidence that Vectra AI could help his team defend against AI-powered attacks.
I was genuinely happy to hear that. Knowing how much pressure security leaders are under, it's reassuring to hear firsthand that customers trust our technology to help them tackle one of their biggest worries.
It's also why we believe so strongly in Attack Signal Intelligence, our approach to applying behavioral AI across network, identity, and cloud environments to detect suspicious behavior, connect related activity, and prioritize real threats.
The Gartner Peer Insights reviews reinforce this value in three important ways.
1. Finding Threats That Would Otherwise Go Undetected
One customer shared:
“Vectra AI opened our eyes to a range of hidden activities that would have gone undetected.”
This gets to the heart of why behavioral AI matters.
Attackers increasingly use stolen credentials, legitimate tools, and trusted connections to blend into normal operations. Traditional security controls can miss these activities, especially when they only see isolated parts of the environment.
Vectra AI's Attack Signal Intelligence identifies suspicious behavior that might otherwise go unnoticed, including activity that doesn't match known attack signatures.
For security teams, detecting that hidden activity can make the difference between stopping an attack early and dealing with a breach.
2. Connecting Network and Identity Activity to See the Full Attack
Another customer captured the value of Vectra AI particularly well:
“Tables takes network visibility + modern identity detection = Vectra AI”
Modern attacks don’t stay within the boundaries of individual security tools. An attacker might compromise an identity, move through the network, access cloud workloads, and escalate privileges. Each step may be visible to a different security product, but someone still needs to connect the dots.
Network activity shows how attackers move. Identity context helps explain who or what is behind that activity.
Vectra AI brings these behaviors together so analysts can understand the full attack story instead of investigating disconnected alerts.
One review title particularly made my day:
“Vectra is more than just an NDR”
This one means a lot to me personally.
We've put enormous effort into helping the market understand that Vectra AI goes far beyond traditional NDR. Our platform is built to solve some of the toughest challenges in cybersecurity, including defending against AI-powered attacks.
Seeing a customer recognize that broader value, in their own words, is incredibly rewarding.
3. Cutting Through the Noise to Focus on Real Attacks
Security teams already have plenty of alerts. What they need is a clearer understanding of which threats deserve their attention.
Reducing that burden is one of the most consistent themes in customer feedback.
One reviewer praised Vectra AI for helping SOC analysts cut through the noise and focus on what matters. Another highlighted:
“Highly accurate and fast detection with good and detailed explanations”
By correlating related behaviors into prioritized threats, Vectra AI helps analysts spend less time chasing false positives and more time investigating real attacks.
With AI accelerating attack timelines, every minute saved on manual investigation gives defenders a better chance to respond before damage is done.
What Customer Trust Really Means to Me
One customer described Vectra AI as:
“The Best Security Tool We've Deployed in a Decade.”
Feedback like this means a great deal to me. I also think about a conversation with a security leader who told me that one of the biggest benefits of deploying Vectra AI was being able to take a five-week holiday in Europe, knowing that our platform and managed detection and response team had his organization covered 24/7.
I love that story because it reminds me what we're ultimately working towards.
Cybersecurity is an incredibly demanding profession. Security teams carry enormous responsibility, and threats don't take holidays. Giving someone the confidence to switch off, spend time with family, and enjoy a well-deserved break is something worth celebrating.
That peace of mind is one of the most meaningful outcomes we can deliver.
I'm incredibly proud and honored to see customers validate the technology we believe in. There's no better feeling than knowing we're helping organizations stop attacks, protect their people, and make the world a safer place.
To our customers, thank you for your trust, feedback, and partnership. Your experiences remind us why we do what we do.
