Paul Bradley Shinn is the Chief Legal Officer at Vectra AI, where he leads the global legal and compliance organization with a focus on enabling growth, navigating risk, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. He plays a critical role in shaping the company’s corporate finance, governance, commercial strategy, and international expansion efforts, ensuring Vectra AI operates with integrity and agility in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.
Prior to joining Vectra AI, Paul held executive leadership roles at several high-growth technology companies, including WalkMe, CrowdStrike, Gigamon, and Hewlett-Packard Company. Paul has a track record of successfully guiding multiple companies through their IPO, corporate financing events and mergers & acquisitions. Paul began his career as a corporate securities attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, advising some of Silicon Valley’s most innovative startups.
In addition to his executive leadership, Paul is an Adjunct Professor at UC Law San Francisco, where he mentors future legal professionals and teaches legal research and writing. He holds a B.A. in Government and Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. Passionate about building resilient, ethical businesses, Paul is helping Vectra AI scale responsibly as a global cybersecurity leader.
