Thomas Mulligan is a Customer Success Manager at Vectra AI. He originally joined the company as a Solutions Engineer in 2019, before transitioning to the CSM role in 2021. Prior to joining Vectra, Thomas held positions such as a System Administrator, Network and Security Engineer. He has also achieved globally recognized certifications from ISC(2), ISACA and Offensive Security, to name a few. His primary responsibility is to use his broad knowledge and experience to assist customers in extracting maximum value from any investment made with Vectra.
