At Khosla Ventures, he has served on the boards of Big Switch Networks, Cylance, Ginger.io, GitLab, MemSQL, Mesosphere, Metamarkets (acquired by Snap), Panzura, Parstream (acquired by Cisco), Scaled Inference, Theatro, and Vectra. Previously, Armstrong was president and CEO of PivotLink, chairman and CEO of Kickfire, and president and CEO of Knova Software. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of California at Berkeley.
