Vectra Honored with CRN’s Prestigious 5-Star Partner Program Rating

In what may always be the most challenging year any of us ever face, 2020 showed us the true value of positivity and finding reasons to keep moving forward. As a business one of the goals Vectra had entering the year was to launch an updated global partner program that would provide our growing channel community with the tools and resources necessary to meet the security demands of today’s customers.

Fast forward to July—we were in fact able to get the new Vectra Partner Program off the ground and into the channel where it belongs. You can visit our partner page for all of the details, however, today we’re really starting to see all of the work pay off.

In addition to being in a better position to enable our partners, we’re also incredibly honored to receive prestigious recognition from CRN! Yes, you heard that right, CRN has recognized the Vectra Partner Program with its prestigious 5-Star Partner Program Rating. We couldn’t be more thrilled about this award and our amazing partner community who has been so instrumental in helping us develop the new program.

Here’s a bit more detail about the award and our Partner Program

Each year, the research team at CRN’s parent, The Channel Company, analyzes partner programs from across the industry and designates an elite group of companies as 5-Star based on a range of criteria including partner incentives, margins and discounts, partner profitability, marketing support, pre- and post-sales support, training and education offerings, technical certifications, and more. The 5-Star rating is given to programs whose overall rating is exemplary.

Vectra Partner Program was designed around the partner and the way our partners do business. The program supports and adapts to how our partners engage with customers, whether it is selling products, delivering services, managing services or building technologies—it is all part of one program. Since launching our global program, we have expanded our program to include global MSSPs and SIs. In the US, we have added new commercial and federal distributors and have onboarded new Microsoft partners worldwide.
