Chief Customer Officer

Ofir Ronen is the Chief Customer Officer at Vectra AI, where he leads our global Customer Success and Support organizations. Reporting directly to Hitesh Sheth, our CEO, he is focused on delivering world-class customer experiences, accelerating time to value, and driving long-term growth through every stage of the customer journey.

Prior to joining Vectra AI, Ofir served as Chief Customer Officer at Varonis, where he unified and scaled post-sales functions to improve product adoption, renewals, and customer satisfaction across a global enterprise base. During his 14-year tenure, he held leadership roles spanning Professional Services, Customer Success, and Global Support.

Earlier in his career, Ofir led IT and infrastructure at Oscar Gruss, where he built and managed critical systems supporting global financial operations and regulatory compliance.

At Vectra AI, Ofir is building an outcomes-focused post-sales organization that puts customers at the center. He is committed to helping organizations maximize value, scale with confidence, and stay ahead of modern cyber threats.
